CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is made between [MHCan Grup] ("MHCan Grup") and [Customer Name] ("Customer") regarding the confidentiality and protection of the information provided to the Company by the Customer.
Confidentiality Commitment: The Company undertakes to keep any information provided by the Customer confidential and not to share it with third parties. This information includes any information that has trade secret or commercial value, whether it is written, verbal, electronic or in any format.
Use of Information: The Company uses the information provided by the Customer only for the purposes specified by the Customer. The use of the information is limited to the provision of services such as planning, design, management of construction projects, providing consultancy services and executing contract transactions.
Protection of Information: The Company takes the necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of the information provided by the Customer. These measures include appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, ensure that information is stored securely, and to prevent loss, alteration or misuse of information.
Sharing with Third Parties: The Company does not share the Customer's information with third parties without the Customer's express written consent. However, the Firm reserves the right to disclose information when requested by legal requirements or authorized government agencies.
Validity of the Agreement: This Confidentiality Agreement is valid from the beginning of the projects specified between the Company and the Customer. The Agreement remains in effect unless terminated by a separate written agreement between the parties.
Enforcement of Agreement: In case of breach of this Agreement, the parties reserve the right to demand compensation from the other party for any damage they have suffered.
